The first session is free; there aren’t any gimmicks or strings attached. My desire is to provide you with the space necessary to share, think out loud and explore the real life issues that you are facing while providing a trained, listening ear. After the first session, I will help you to determine whether my services would be helpful for you and whether we are a good fit.
Life coaching is not an insurance reimbursable service. However, by not directly billing your insurance, your privacy is enhanced and you gain the ability to choose the services that you want.
Working sessions are generally 60 minutes, and cash, check or credit cards (PayPal preferred) are accepted. Payment is required at or before the time of service.
Sessions are typically $60 to $90 each, with various discounts and reduced fee services available on a limited, case-by-case basis. In addition, I have a variety of packages aimed at accommodating the various needs of my clients.
- Working Session (60 minutes): $60- $90
- Short Power Session (15 minutes): $15
- Initial Session for New Clients/following the free consultation (90 minutes): $90
- Package 1: 3 Working Sessions: $150
- Package 2: 6 Working Sessions: $300
- Package 3: 9 Working Sessions (10th session free): $500
- Executive/Leadership Coaching Session: $200 – $400
- Executive/Leadership Coaching Workshop: $500- $1,000, plus travel expenses
Life coaching sessions may be completed via telephone, Skype, FaceTime or face-to-face (for my local clients). The online sessions provide my clients with the benefit of working with a coach, while being in the comfort of their homes. This method is the preferred method of coaching for most of my clients. Online sessions also provide great flexibility from a schedule perspective, which is an important factor for everyone these days, due to the busy lives that we all seem to have.
